Orcas Veterinary Services
Orcas Cyclovia is a car-free event for bikes, pedestrians, and other movement without motorized vehicles. Wheelchairs and scooters are welcome. Orcas Cyclovia is a low carbon footprint, healthful, family and pet friendly activity for both the local community and visitors alike. This event is also a benefit for local non-profits caring for animals in San Juan County: Orcas Animal Protection Society; Island Haven; and Wolf Hollow.
Orcas Cyclovia will connect Orcas Island and San Juan County with a global and national movement, Cyclovia, a car-free program started in Bogota, Colombia, that sparked similar events in Anacortes, Seattle, Spokane, Portland, Tucson, and dozens of other US cities and towns. More information here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ciclovía
